Rekordbox Auto Import or Folder Watching
Hey,
I can't believe this is not a thing yet but is there any way to auto import new songs into rekordbox from a folder?
A watched folder or auto sync with a folder would be amazing. I can't believe this is still not a feature.
Traktor has had auto import for years now. Does anyone know if rekordbox has any capability like that?

I have complained about this myself more than once. Shoud be a choice in the setup menu as well so we can turn this feature on or off .

It does on open if you set up, using sync manager, to Synchronise iTunes playlists and use/create a smart playlist for either "all tracks" (there are limitations to this to do with info/ratings) or "recently added".
Its far from perfect but it does work if your willing make sacrifices, quite heavy ones, in workflow

+1 for this too, I have seem a few users request this so hopefully Pioneer is looking into it - Something similar to Traktor so you can list watched folders so any music added is then added to your collection.
I will be a happy Rekordbox users when (if) this gets added. :)

How is this not a thing yet? Having to re-import manually sucks. Expecially if you add files to various folders and forget to add them to your collection.

What? In 2016 you had people asking for this and you never implemented?
It´s so annoing to import the folders again and again. If you had a DJ in your team this feature would be the first to be implemented.

I'm a DJ on the team, and I have no desire for this feature... so while your comments and feedback are appreciated, they're not features everyone wants.
It's on the list for consideration, but no timeline is available.
