Ok Pioneer. You win. I love your software and hardware. But for some unbelievably insane reason, you cannot support NVidia, which seems to be the most popular video card brand on the market. Your latest update made the display even worse. It is embarrassing when I have DJs come to my club - the busiest place in my asian tourist town - and they cannot even see the BPM reading for the track. I will not go into the reasons I have not invested in CDJs since it is not relevant. Your software should support the popular video cards.
Yes I have all the latest drivers. Yes I have all the latest hardware update. The problem is your coders. I bought a new gaming laptop (ASUS 501 ROG, 2.6GHz i7, 16gb ram, 4gb video ram with NVidia 960m video card) to be my workhorse for photography and music. Now, apparently, I have to dumb down my new computer with a REGISTRY edit hack in order to get things to display properly. I have to sacrifice other programs perfomance to support a feature that isn't even a key function of Rekordbox. I am not exactly happy about this.
So... you win. You have defeated me. But PLEASE, I would really expect an official Pioneer response to this. There seems to be only one solution that I have heard of... Can someone please tell me how to EDIT THE REGISTRY to disable my performance video card in order to compensate for Pioneer's lack of coding ability??
A regretful Thank You in advance...
