DDJ-SB2 Not Playing Tracks Loaded on Decks 2&4

Hello all on the forums, 

Before I continue to tell you my issue, I just want to let you know that I am contacting Serato Support for help with this issue, but it seems that the wait time for them to reply is 1 week+. So I would like to know if this Pioneer DJ Forum can give me suggestions before I open up a help request with Pioneer's support.

Issue: 

My issue is that tracks won't play on decks 2&4 of the ddj-sb2. I have included a link to a video I posted regarding this issue down below. Serato Support asked me if I could DJ on a different computer, so that he/she would know if the issue occurs on multiple computers, or just my computer. When I tried to DJ on my secondary computer the issue continues to occur. This problem will occur after 20-30 minutes of DJing, and is unexpected. The video in the link will show my problem. FYI, I use Serato DJ Intro v1.2.7.
