Record is only avaible in the DJ Function and it is the same Cable that you use to geht your Music into the Mixer. To use RB DJ you need only one USB Cable.

Recording to rekordbox
How do I record directly within rekordbox?
What cable do I need? Does it go in either USB A or B on the mixer?
I have a DJM 900NXS2 and CDJ 2000NXS2's.

I thought the record function was limited to export mode for time being?
I only use export mode.
So my digital rca's I use from my CDJs to mixer already is all I need, and rekordbox detects these?
