Rekordbox 4.2.2 - Export Issues

Seem's like I have the same issue as some other people one here. Getting "Error while exporting" when trying to sync playlists to usb. Trying again will export the track but the waveform is not displayed on the Track itself (both on my CDJ's and on the --> playlist located on my USB ) 

So the waveform is still appearing on the rekordbox playlists but once they get exported to my drive they dissapear (only on select songs, usually the same songs causing export error) And my Cdj's show the error "Rekordbox analyze needed for qunatize feature)  I have Cue's and adapted grid on alot of tracks and also don't want to do a mass re-analyze and lose it all.

A little cheesed cause programs like Serato and Traktor seem to workfine and I just spent 8 Grand on Cdj's.

Hope you guys figure this out soon, older versions always worked fine and Im not in the mood to switch back to serato after 2 weeks....
