I installed recordbox dj for the first time and want to test it with the 30-day-trail with my ddj-sx. After the first startup i did the configuration. Everything fine. After that i can play music through the speaker witch are connected to my ddj-sx but i can´t use any of the buttons on the controller.
i closed recordbox dj and wanted to restart it but now i got these error message.

any one knows a solution?

Hi Henry Auffahrt, Have you received any feedback on this problem yet? I've got the same problem but with my DDJ-SZ. I have posted a support inquiry but no response back.
Hi Gerald Weber, yes the support did send me a batch file which solved the problem. But i guess that is not a universal file, because they need my licence key in forehand and in the folder was a licence file.

Just to save you some time, if you'll post an inquiry, please add your computer ID with it as well.
Rekordbox has a built in time tampering detection, to prevent users from setting the system date back to use rekordbox trial version for longer than 30 days. If this happens, you will get this message.
Unfortunately, on some occasions, this time tampering detection is also triggered by a windows bug when windows system time is synchronised with a internet time server. In that case, please send us a screenshot of rekordbox -> preferences -> license (like attached example).
