Paint on DJM s9

Has anyone successfully been able to receive a new faceplate due to the paint chipping issue on the djm s9? I just called and was told i had to send my whole mixer in (and pay for shipping) and wait 2-4 weeks. That's a little unacceptable.

I agree. This is unacceptable. I spent $1700 for a new performance scratch mixer. The paint is chipping in less than 6 months. I am supposed to pay for shipping and not have a mixer for 2-4 weeks. Just send me a new face plate. I am willing to give pioneer my serial # and address. I will even send back the defective face plate if needed.
