I using ddj sx on rekordbox dj

I used to playing with it and mostly work good.

but sometimes... it dropout and no audio , no signal output

when it dropout, LEDs are stutter and some buttons work but some are not.

working buttons are has latency but rekordbox dj works well

It recover randomly . sometimes turn off/on is work  but sometimes I reset hardware, upgrade firmware, reboot my laptop, even spend sevral days, it do not recovered...

I asked and bring to my country service center but they said it works well

laptop is 2013mid macbook air / 1.7Ghz i7 / 8G memory / el capitan 10.11.6

rekordbox dj v4.2.1

ddj sx firmware :v107

I already checked USB port and removed USB hub .

Is it hardware problem? or sort of compatibility problem?

did you checkd the Recordbox FAQ for suggestion?

https://rekordbox.com/en/support/faq.php?c=172

sorry but Im not realy an OSx guy but why did you want to run recordbox with the SX!? the unit was designed for running SeratoDJ.

did you changed something in the units Utility Settings?

I checked

I know it's good compatibility with serato but I use CDJs on gigs.

I just use sx at home because it's easy to manage tracks for USB sticks.

I didnt change setting. I reseted hardware, software setting.

I think it's hardware issue cause when it startup, LEDs stop ceremony.

please watch this

one little thing you can try is to set in UNIT Setup -> Midi message -> up to 5ms
It could help the device.(Default is 4ms)
How do you the Resets of the device?
Never read that in the manual so far.
