DJM-S11 Audio Lag

I've got a significant delay between what I'm hearing in my in-ears/headphones vs what's coming out of the speakers when I'm cueing in a new song. Almost a 32nd note ahead in my hears. So when I'm trying to mix in, it's a nightmare. I forgot I had it because I bought a REV-7 for this tour I'm on. But I really need to find a solution for this issue.
