1. What HOT CUE button color is shown in PAD mode?
Please see the HOT CUE button color when both running and not running rekordbox and not and inform us the colors. Is it blue, white or other colors?
2. Which do you use the Windows PC or Mac to launch the rekordbox.
2.1 If you use Windows PC,
Would you please check the status of firewall of Windows according to the following document on Pioneer DJ Support Site.
2.2 If you use Mac,
Would you please check the status of network connection to your Mac.
1) Please find "DDJ-RZX USBLAN" in the left side of the window from System Preference > Network on your Mac.
Which is the status of DDJ-RZX USBLAN connected of not connected.
