DJM-900NSX2 Problem Error 0000

Good afternoon, I'm Lorenzo and i have a problem with the mixer PIONNER DJM-900NSX2. By pressing the on/off switch, after a few moments on the display of my PIONNER DJM-900NSX2 the following message appears: Error 0000 I would like to know if this error code and a fault hardwere or if depends from a corrupt file of the software update. I brought the apparatus in assistance pionner but i am a little worried x the problem. Let me know that and success. Thanks x listening to me.
