Hello, just wanted to know is there a way to use rekordbox w/ proDJ that will allow me to use the same screen that is on the media players, and also on the rekordbox software, HID mode is ok, but, it doesn't keep the CDJ screen?
what I'm asking here is when I use link/ethernet why can't I use profromance mode, in that mode I can see the software players, but no CDJ's show up they are only in export mode,(using my USB HD's) also, do I need to be hooked up to the internet or just linked to my laptop, I'm using a Ethernet switch and then going form that to my laptop? what I'm I doing wrong?
Performance Mode can be used when using your CDJ's in HID mode via a USB cable.
Pro DJ Link works in Export Mode via an ethernet cable. Your CDJ's, DJM and laptop can all be wired into an ethernet switch but you do not need to have internet access for this.

Is it possible to view the large waveforms on the CDJs when in HID mode and Performance mode?
Like using export mode but with the advantages of rekordbox dj.
If not, i this something that will be implemented?
Currently, the CDJ can only display it's regular native waveform type. I'm not sure if this is something that will be changed. What I can tell you is that, for the most part, firmware updates will not bring new functionality to existing hardware (Toraiz excluded) but will address possible bugs and software capability issues.
