Best bet is to set the related to MASTER, that way which ever deck is playing (the other will likely be stopped), will be which one is matching the criteria.
I might be missing something obvious here, but it's got me a bit stumped.
Using a DDJ-RZ.
Got a track playing in Deck A, press the "Related Tracks" button - it pops up the window showing everything that is compatible with that track, great.
So load into Deck B - mix in - now press "Related Tracks" button on the Deck B side (Channel 3 I think?) - but it's still showing the tracks related to Deck A.
Is this a bug, or am I missing a step?

You can set this in the related tracks settings. I have mine set to master. Set like this and playing a track in Deck A, the related tracks window shows tracks related to Deck A. Once I've mixed that track out and Deck B is the master deck, the related tracks window automatically updates with tracks related to Deck B.
Sounds like that's what you're after.
Thank you, that did work.
However I don't think it's the best method.
The fact the rz has two "related" buttons means I think each should show tracks related to the selected deck.
This would mean you could use decks three and four as well, even if they weren't currently playing.
