Official comment
You would need to use INTERNAL mode for that; when in time code control, the signal itself is what controls the pitch, not the software.

pitch blanket out in DVS mode??
Why is the pitch slider blanked out in DVS mode?
Yes i understand that i can use the pitch on the turntables, but i want to use the pitch slider, mapped to my midi controller to do wide transitions.

yes understand. BUT... i want to use the pitch in time code mode. is this possible?
midi map mij pitchfader to the one in Rekordbox DJ

You can't do that -- as noted above, the pitch control information comes from the measurement of the time code signal.
