DDJ RZ JOG WHEEL PROBLEM HELP !!!!!

need some advice or help  with my ddi-rz  jog wheel or software ???

 

wen aim playing a tune say set at 127.4     then i match the other track to 127.4 

1 of the tracks start drifting off even tho there same BPM why ???

if i use sync perfect at all time :(

Curious. Can you tell us how long you have been a dj and what experience you have with different equipment.

ive bin using the ddj s1 for about 3 years now had the ddi rz like i say seeing the track start to drift of even tho the bpm is the same  can see it on me laptop screen slightly lose sync ......   i don't wanna use the sync button if i can help it ...

 

ANY 1 ???

If the tracks haven't been analysed properly, then matching the numbers means nothing.

Try the sync, if that doesn't work, dig deeper into the grid on each track.

did you analysis your tracks dynamically or normal mode?

normal mode has a locked solid tempo whilst dynamic has an elastic type tempo thus drifting slightly depending to the music beats. dynamic mode is ideal for vinyl rips or non steady music like a human drummer that fluctuates. normal mode is great for computer quantised beats that are perfectly timed apart.

although you have solid tunes doing analysis via dynamic mode it can still find minor drifts. therefore analysis your tracks in normal mode only and they will show as a solid tempo.
