rekordbox crash -- Software not ready for prime time. Should be released as beta
After multiple months of using rekordbox dj.. I am forced to admit that the software is not ready for prime time. I would really love to go back to serato dj, but my gear only support rekordbox dj, so I am stuck. If I could return this item I would do it in a heart beat. I wish they let us simple people read the crash log ourself instead of encrypting the file and having us submit file and wait a few days to hear back from them, especially when I get 3 to 7 crashes per gig. I have to hold the mic to distract people just in case the software crashes. By the way just in case anyone is asking, I am using Macbook Pro, i7 processor and 16gb of ram, I have meet all the software requirement. And no, I am tired of submitting a crash report every time there is crash.

What specific DJ hardware are you using?
If using an NXS setup, are you connecting via LAN/USB or all USB via HUB? If via HUB, what type of HUB are you using? Is it powered externally? Have you tried different cable(s)?
What are the firmware version(s) of your hardware?
What's your CPU OS version?
Have you downloaded updated drivers for your specific OS (if any)?
Do you have wi-fi and Firewall disabled?
Are the crashes random or do they occur with certain file types?
Simply stating that RBDJ "is not ready for prime time" does nothing to benefit your current situation. The more information and specific details you can provide the more help/advice you will receive from the community & mods.

I had a crash while I was on live a month ago. They fixed it.
Now it happened again!
Can't believe this is happening!
I'm a programmer and I would like to see the crash reports too, because I need to play again next Saturday and the guys here takes their time to answer.
Worst thing is that I own a Rzx now, and can't go back to serato
It crashed 3 times last night.
I will factory reset the mac, but I'm not sure if it will fix this.
Everything looks fragile, every time I press a button I'm afraid the controller or rekordbox will crash.
