Beat grids on DDJ RZ

Is it possible to make slight adjustments to the beat grid using the DDJ RZ, like you can on the XDJ RX? I've tried using the grid adjust button and the jog wheel, but it's very sensitive. What's the technique for making only slight adjustments?

Also, is there a way to make it so that the loops move with the beat grid, if the grid is slightly off, for example, and you just want to sync it up a bit, to eliminate the "tsk tsk" sound, and that would require the loops to be moved with the grid in order for them still to line up? Is that the difference between the grid adjust and grid slide buttons?
