I sent an email and video on October 6th of a problem I've been experiencing with my left jog wheel on the Pioneer DDJx2 that I purchased 2 weeks ago... I still haven't received any info on what's going and this is really frustrating me because I have a gig this weekend. I can't understand why does it take so long to get an answer, I can't afford to be losing any money...
