Yeah, there's a problem with that unit -- please contact technical support in your region to have it serviced.
When playing the same track on the deck A and deck B, if you backspin it, my deck A always sounds so weird and not pure while deck B sounds nice and pure.
Here is a sample of what I mean:

The first is playing on deck A
The second is playing on deck B
Both are backspinned and produce a different sound.
I have firmware v 1.13

I don't know why backspin sounds like this, but your first thing you have to do, for a solution, is to update your firmware. And then you can check it again. If your problem still exists i guess that someone from pioneer team give a solution.
This sound comes to any song????
I have updated the firmware, yes it comes with any song, it really looks that the speed adjustment on deck A is faster than deck B, which I cannot change.. I don't know if it is a bug or a problem, I would like to hear from others with XDJ R1...
There is an option in the setting where you can change jog wheel sensitivity may be it is set different for A and B
That's the not the speed adjustment, just touch sensitivity.... As far as I can tell one deck has a faster speed adjustment than the other, which I presume that can be fixed with an update.
