DDJ-SX-Humming and Faint sound from Headphone jack NO Sound through rca output

My DDJ  sx does not have any sound coming out of it. Serato is working great, perfect controlling no issues there.

When i plugged the SX in, it went on a loop of the start up sequence 4 times before it actually stabilized. I figured it was a power issue so i held the adapter into the socket for stability, that turned it on, but after testing all cue settings and cranking the headphone jack all i hear is a hum and a faint sound of the track being played. Tried 4 different headphones and even tried the SX stand alone, same problem. I DID however notice that when i unplugged my laptop power, the humming reduced quite a bit, but still the same issue with faint sound when headphone volume is cranked. 

I tried to switch out the adapter pin slot thing with a standard cable with the same connector but that did not improve it. 

Is this a power adapter issue? Is this a hardware malfunction?? Pleas let me know asap i have a few gigs coming up.
