Importing Rekordbox itunes playlist to Rekordbox Iphone error MAC

hi, 

is anyone having problems transferring itunes playlist from Rekordbox Macbook to rekordbox on iphone? I can connect perfectly fine but soon as i try to import a playlist it keeps showing the same message: an error occurred whilst exporting

help pleaseeeeeeeee!
