XDJ-XZ USB port using too much power

My XDJ-XZ USB port stopped working when I set up for a gig when I tried to plug in two separate laptops. Received this error message: 

"unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable usb devices"

I have the latest firmware and drivers installed and tried to connect with a Mac and Windows laptop.

I can still connect via link but I'd like to use Rekordbox for streaming files. 

Please help!
