XDJ-RR Hardware Issue

The right table and controls on my XDJ-RR are not working when I turn it on. Non of the lights light up on the right table/controller. It's basically new. I never take it out of my house. Did the update for Rekordbox firewire to see if that would help but its still not working. How can I do a full factory hardware reset?? Or if that isn't possible, does anyone have any suggestions on what is going on. Maybe there is a lock that happened that I am unaware of?
