DDj-400 hardware unlock not working

Hi, couple of days ago i reinstalled the firmware of my ddj-400 because some bugs i had in rekordbox. After the firmware install and trying to use it in rekordbox, i had this message:

I tried reinstalling the firmware, uninstalling the drivers but nothing solves it.

i noticed i have two drivers in device manager for ddj-400

The last issue i have now was when i tried installing the 1.0 version of the firmware, i had an error after instalation, and if i try to reinstall it again i get this

the controller have the channel level leds flashing and nothing more.

Is the controller bricked? any solutions?
