DDJ-Sr2 pads not working

Whenever I load a song onto deck 2, the first and fifth pads turn red and do not respond when tapped. I've tried reinstalling the drivers as well as checking all the settings in Serato. These also dont work on any of the other pad modes like roll or sampler. I'm hoping that this is a dumb mistake and thank you for any advice you can give!
