Since the lights go off when you press the bank button sprunki, it might not be broken. However, if you have access to another RMX 1000, testing the button functionality could help confirm this.
I picked up a used RMX 1000 and cant get it to play samples. I have them loaded on the SD card, exported from Remixbox, the unit is switched to User and the card is inside. When I press the bank button all the sample lights go off and dont flash. Is there a specific format the card needs to be? Size restriction? It's a 64gb card. At first I thought the button may be broken but the lights go off when I press them.

Ensure that the sample files are organized correctly. When exporting samples from Remixbox, confirm that they are in the proper folder structure as required by the RMX-1000.
This is a frustrating issue! Thanks for the detailed description of the problem and your troubleshooting steps. It sounds like a card formatting issue might be the culprit, or perhaps a specific file path requirement within the SD card folders. Papa's Freezeria Some users have reported success with FAT32 formatting or smaller SD card sizes (32GB or less). Also, double-check the user manual for supported audio file formats.
