ddj sz still not working on rekord box even after paying for licence

hi i have a ddj sz which i have lovved using on both serato and virtual dj and have never had any issues whatsoever, as i wanted to also use rekord box i have taken up a subsrciption as on pioneers own website it says this is fine so long as you pay ( bit of a joke really as its made by pioneer and they already charge a premium for it work on serato, you would think it would work with rekord box out of the box just to draw people away from serato but when they charge you for it to work and it still doesnt it simply makes you think pioneer are simply not any good at software, please can you fix it so my sz works with rekord box as declared on our website
