When I load a track on deck 1 of my DDJ SX2, nothing happens if I press play. if I press cue, the cue point marker sets, but if I hold cue the track doesn't play until I let go, as it usually does?
Also, I can push and pull the track using the sides of the jog wheel, but the top surface of the jog wheel doesn't react at all.
Strangely, If I load the same or another track into deck 3, everything works as it should. Any idea what is wrong?
I've tried holding shift and vinyl to toggle in or out of vinyl mode but no joy.
If I play a track in deck 3, and put the same track in decks 1, 2 & 4, instant doubles play in 2 & 4 but the track stops and cant be played.
I've got windows 10 and using serato 1.9.4
any help would be much appreciated.

Have you possibly got a MIDI mapping preventing those from working? Go into the Serato SETUP menu, click the MIDI tab, then in the top window, click the DDJ-SX2, and un-tick the Allow Serato Hardware Remapping button and try the same things again.
