DDJ SR hot cue isue

Hi, It seems like my DDJ-SR is keep suffering from weird problems. So, before the firmware update, I had problem with my SR freezing after adjusting bpm. No with the latest firmware, pushing cue button on Deck A makes Deck B to start form the first cue point. Also, pushing sync button will navigate through other parts of the serato, such as 3/4decks, file tab and etc. Sync button does the job, but it still activate other functions at the same time.

I am assuming it's serious firmware issue...? has anyone else suffered from this issue? and does anyone know how to factory reset the SR? Maybe this might revert the mapping to stock state.
