midi mapping in rekordbox

I want to use a Kontrol f1 to control Hot Cue, Pad FX, Beat Jump and Sampler.  As I'm on a PLX-1000 with control vinyl setup In RB.

I want to use the four buttons at the bottom of the F1 to control swapping between each function. But looking through the midi mapping options in RB there doesn't seem any way to assign these functions to buttons. 

I also want to use the rotary encoder on the F1 to select the deck, But this functionality also doesn't seem to be available with RB midi mapping options. 

Am I missing something or am I just looking in the wrong place?
