Sound going through even with low/mid/hi turned down

Hello everyone,

I recently bought a DDJ FLX4 that I'm now using with Rekordbox. This is all fairly new to me, since I used to mix on Traktor with another controller.

But I soon noticed that, when making transitions, if I bring the fader of the next song up, even with the low/mid/hi buttons turned all the way down, I can start hearing the sound of this next track going through to the master. Of course the volume is much lower than the main track, but still... that's really not ideal. I think it's not the case anymore if I also turn the filter button down (not even sure, I'd have to check again), but I don't always mix with the filter, so that's kind of bothering me.

Is there some way to fix this, possibly in the settings somewhere ?

Thanks,
Arthur

While controller is connected, please go to rekordbox -> preferences -> controller -> mixer -> EQ/ISOLATOR -> is that set to ISOLATOR?

If yes, then please file an inquiry ticket here and our support team will gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.

It was set to EQ and indeed setting it to ISOLATOR fixes the problem ! Thanks :)
