Video Output Format Questions

Ok, playing modern sets it's not a big deal since all of my stuff post 2010 is widescreen and high def. 

However, mix in 4:3 stuff from the 50 years previous and it starts to look sloppy compared to the fill effects Mix Emergency lets you do.. Am I missing a setting that would work similar in RB Video?

In the mean time I am going to give the latest beta some love and do a set, formatting fugly or not :)
