Official comment
Click the little button beside the word MASTER. If it's blue, it's enabled and will output to your computer's default audio device as well as the controller.

How do I stop audio output from laptop?
Audio currently plays out of both speakers and laptop but I want just speakers. No problem with headphones. I am using DDJ-RB controller.
