DDJ-SX2 Sampler slot not working

Bank A, sample slot 1 produces no sound at all. I have tested all other slots on bank A along with testing the other 3 banks and they work without issue. Only slot 1 on Bank A appears to be inoperative. I am using Serato DJ latest version ( 1.9.4) Any suggestions?

just in case .... the Volum Rotary in Slot 1 is turned ON and the Sampler doesn't run Backwards right?
did you Try to switch the sample from slot 1 to another?
