Why is it so hard to find any information on getting a replacement fader for the S9? I've already been back and forth with Pioneer Tech Support and Pioneer Parts. It seems that there are many parts that make up the Magvel Fader Pro. There is the "slider" the "PC board", the "Brake" and so on...
I have obtained the S9 service manual and I have the part numbers, but no one is able to answer the one question I have. What part should I be replacing due to the fader getting worn out, or sticky. My unit is already out of warranty and I am more than capable of repairing it myself. I just need help getting the correct parts.
Can someone who knows about the S9 give me some help?

There aren't any engineers monitoring the forums - and it would appear your post slipped through the cracks, so my apologies there.
The best people to give you an answer are the ones you've already spoken with -- Pioneer DJ technical support / parts. They can tell you exactly which bits & pieces you need, nobody here is authorized to provide the technical details or instructions on the repairs or disassembly.
