In order to accomplish this you will need a batch MP3 tag editor to automatically change the "title" ("song name") string in the tag to match the filename. There are a bunch online. Some free, some not free.
Hello people,
I've recently bough a Pioneer DDJ RX. So far I love if, but I have a question that I hope somebody can help me with.
On the top of the device, you can (when holding shift) sort your library by either:
- track number
- BPM
- song name
- artist name
However, I have organized my Rekordbox so that all the filenames start with their key. So I would like to sort it by "filename".
Also, I make playlist to prepare sets. When switching between sorting options, the playlist is not in order anymore. I would also like to sort by "playlist order". Apparantly, this is NOT the same as "track number".
If it is not possible to sort by filename.... is there an easy way to simply "copy" all file-names and "paste" them in to the song-name? That would be a solution as I then would obviously just use "sort by songname".
Hope someone can help me out,
Regards,
Jan
