This tells me the problem is not with the CDJs but with your USB sticks OR your music files themselves. What type of music files are you using? Have all of your tracks been analyzed in rekordbox?
Hey,
I tried several CDJs in different Clubs/Bars and it's always the same behaviour:
One stick I bought new: Intenso Slim Line 64 GB USB-Stick USB 3.0. The other one was before used by another DJ without any problems. I formatted both USB stick like it is described in the video (with master boot record) on my Mac laptop. I sync the tracks from my laptop to the USB sticks with rekord box (latest software version). All tracks have cue points and grid set in rekordbox.
On all players, where the problems occurred, other DJs where able to play music from their USB-sticks without problems.

I download most of my music from apple itunes, beatport and amazon. Format is mp3 and aac.
All tracks on my sticks have been analyzed in Rekord Box.
I'm thinking it's the USB drives. Not all are created equal. I had never heard of your brand of drive before, so I had to Google it. The reported data transfer rates seem to be very low, and I would figure just by looking at the size of the device that it's not a high-performance unit.
Please try using a different USB drive with the same songs to eliminate the songs or export database as the possible problem.
