It may be a graphic chip problem. I recommend to update it.

DDJ RB with rekordbox crashes
Hello, I am Brazilian and I live in Brazil. I bought a ddj RB with rekordbox program dj .... rekordbox crashes constantly. I replaced the notebook and purchase a top-of-the-line notebook i7 Dell game edition, with 4 GB dedicated ddr5 video card, 8 gb ram intel HQ 2.6 ghz and still crashes the songs ... Use audio only and not use videos ...
I would like a solution to these problems of freezing and interruptions in the audio playback ... Thank you
