Different Tempo in different view modes !

Hi, I have a Pioneer DJ  DDJ RR with Rekordbox DJ. Had it for a few months now, and love it. But the other day I noticed something odd. 

1. On the software you can move the temp slider with the mouse and it will move by 0.1 at a time. So if the track on deck A is 122.3 BPM you can move the tempo slider to the same BPM to match without turning on the sync. 

But when you try and do it with the hardware tempo slider on the DDJ RR, it moves by 0.3 ! so from time to time you won't be able to get a exacted match without turning on the sync !!! 

2. On the software when your in Performance mode, and you have the Pads & Platters view on, and you manually set the speed of deck B to match deck A, when they have different BMP, on that view the tracks will both show the same speed to what you have set, lets say 122.0 on deck A & B. 

But when you jump to Browser mode there is a differences in speed ! Sometimes up to 0.9 of a difference !!! 

I have tried a few things in the settings, but cant get problem number 1 or 2 to be resolved ! Please can someone help ?
