I've tried doing research on this topic and haven't found anything. I have the latest update to the firmware on the XDJ R1.
While playing a set I lose control of Traktor and the music just keeps playing I can no longer move the pitch, volume, fader, etc. Is this happening with anyone else?
It happened twice at an event last weekend and then there are some where it doesn't happen at all. It's as if the XDJ R1 stops communicating with Traktor.
Any ideas?

Which version of Traktor are you running? Are you using the official mapping file or one you created yourself / obtained elsewhere?
Have you tried using another USB cable or used a MIDI monitor software to check that the unit is still sending MIDI control?
I am running the Traktor version before the latest one which is 2.11 I belive. I am running the official .tsi file from Pio.
I have tried using 2 different cables, same result. What would be a good MIDI monitor software to use? I didn't even know such a thing existed!
I will be testing it with the MIDI Monitor this week, what should I be looking for?
