DJM 900 NXS 2 and CDJ 3000 + Laptop distortion Sounds

Hi on several occasions in a resident club I'm playing on a setup containting my Laptop (Windows 11 + latest Rekordbox Version) a DJM 900 NXS2 and 2 CDJ 3000.

Problem is, I'm experiencing distortion/ crackling sounds sometimes. It occurs on different Songs I play and it happened to sometimes go away after reloading the track into the Track.

The distortion sound can be heard on the headphones and on the club PA.

I ran a test with latencymon and it seems my laptop can handle the current latency settings. I already tried changing latency on the evening without making the sounds go away.

Does anyone know how to avoid this happening?
