XDJ-RR Cannot Register Hardware "Unauthorized User"

Hi there!!

I just bought my brand new XDJ-RR and I cannot register it at all.

Whenever I try to I get 2 errors. First one is a red boxed error "Unexpected error occurred" and the next second "Unauthorized User" (???)

I tried scanning the QR with my phone and it fails the same way.

Help?

Is Rekordbox the next step and a similar way to register it after the hardware is registered correctly?
