DJM-V10-LF Headphone Jack Whine

Is anyone else getting a high pitch whine when jacked into the headphone jack A (might also be the same for B though I haven't checked yet). Sounds like noisy electronics ... my mixer is behind a power conditioner... I have checked it with another power conditioner also to verify that the first one wasn't bad. 

Is anyone else having the same issue when they are jacked in to the headphone port A without anything playing.
