Did you update your S11 to the latest firmware? If not, try that and see if it helps. What exactly happens to the video on the S9 when you do "Echo Out" thats not happening with the S11?

Serato FX not effecting video output on Serato Video with DJM-S11
So I'm not 100% sure if this is a bug or user error. I recently purchased a DJM-S11 and two CRSS12 about a month ago. I haven't really had time to really test them out until yesterday.
I was using Serato Video and notice when I engaged a Serato FX like "Echo Out" it would not effect the video output and the video would play normal but it did effect the music itself. Same with other effects. Theire should be a visual effect to the video output when triggering a Serato FX.
"Enable Audio Linked Video Effects" is checked.
I also have a DJM-S9 which I tested and it seems to be working with the S9 but not the S11.

Yes, S11 updated to latest firmware 1.04.
Any "Serato FX" within the software will give some sort of visual effect to the video output when turning it on when using Serato Video. I've also tried my DJM-900NXS2 and my DDJ-SZ2 and the visual effects are working for both when you engage a Serato FX.
