Cant avtivate my bought creative plan

I have bought the "creative Plan" from rekordbox wiith a free trial.

they send me a confirmation mail and everythin, but when i go the (MY PAGE) it still says im using the free plan. PLEASE HELP. i tried everything and dont know anymore

I am having the exact same problem! I purchased the Creative plan and am definitely logging in with the same account into the RekordBox app and only Free Plan is showing. I've tried closing and relaunching the app and logging in and out numerous time and it still only shows Free. It seems like there must be some sort of bug or more widespread issue if you're experiencing the same thing.

I am also having this problem and need to start prepping for an upcoming set. i guess you all also have no toggle to activate your plan. that's my issue.

Okay I have same problem with you all.
now I request Refund that they E-mail to me they will make a refund for 3-5 days but still not fix anything for Account Plan.

yeah I'm so sad I have to cancel my job for last weekend cuz I can't use Creative Plan.

Looks like they are fixing it, you can't buy it right now it says "Under maintenance"

Same problem. I was using free plan with hardware unlock. Yesterday i bought creative plan. But i cannot activate the plan.

I opened a support case and it was marked immediately as "Solved" after they told me that the Activation servers are currently having issues. They advise 3-5 days. Honestly pretty unacceptable for a brand to force us toward subscription based software if they can't guarantee the uptime and availability that should come along with subscription services. Pretty embarrassing for a brand of their size and I hope they at least do the right thing and credit us all a month of subscription at a minimum for this outage in their service. That is typical for SaaS.
