Traktor Audio 2 and rekordbox

I have a traktor audio 2 mk2 and have always used it with rekordbox and has always been perfect. Suddenly the audio dropout meter is really high and the audio crackles up, I've tried to change the settings but nothing works. Would really like some help, I always used to play with my laptop and traktor audio 2 mk2 and now it just won't let me.
