Hi guys
.. I've try to report this issue to pioneer support without a useful response...
I've try to download the factory samples from the page
https://www.pioneerdj.com/en/support/software/toraiz%20sp-16/#other
& the link readdress me to 404 page....
Italian support say me that, there is a cache problem, but I've try to clean browser's cache, I've try to download it from macbook, iMac, with safari, chrome & Firefox... I've try from win pc of my friend.. nothing change,
I think the link is broken and the pioneer support say me that it's all ok, & the link work properly
:-O w. t. f. :-@
There is another site where I can find factory default? Like Loopmaster page or other?

same problem, with me, i just recently purchased the SP-16 and after testing it i decided to start upgrading, but when collecting the files I could not download the samples... The link is broken :(
i know it's been there since end of sept. 2017 but if it's not available anymore then Pioneer should remove it and also the project file link as well since they are related.
Yeah, it looks like problem with the link in our website - I'll pass that along. Thanks.
Just purchased one this weekend and ran into the same issue. I might end up deleting the factory sample library anyway for the space
Yep; no "new" samples here when I registered. It's OK - I'm alright with it, but it would have been nice to try them out.
Still dig the SP-16 no matter what!
We're still troubleshooting this issue - it seems it could be on our host side as some regions are able to access the content, but not all. We'll post when it's available for all.
Cool! Thanks, Pulse. I appreciate your time looking into this and letting us know what's up.
We are in 19 March and the broken URL continue. Whats happened?
@Enrique > Sorry, our team is still looking into the issue, it seems to be an issue with regional detection and server loading, but we hope to have it corrected soon.
In the meantime, there are plenty of sample packs available from a variety of sources around the web. I encourage you to find your own sounds to create something unique!
Agreed with Pulse. I ended up deleting it for space for my own samples. Some of them were quality but overall I like doin stuff my way and the 8GB onboard memory is easy to fill.
Yeah, I’ll agree with Pulse, too. As I said above, it would be nice to see what samples there were there, but there are tons of free ones online and making your own is even better!
