DDJ SB2 Headphones and bluetooth speaker

Hello,

I have been using the DDJ SB2 for the last few months, use a MacBook and change the MIDI settings so that the sound can come from a Bluetooth speaker rather than one wired to the decks. No issues with this.

However, I have found that if I do this I can't get the headphones on the decks themselves to work, it seems I have to choose between one or the other.

Does anyone have a solution to rectify this and get them to work in tandem?

Yes...

1) Enable PC Output mode by clicking the icon at the top of the rekordbox window:

2) Open the Audio MIDI Setup app and configure your bluetooth speaker as the device for sound output:

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I am using a windows laptop and everything worked the first time I plugged in my DDJ 400, but after a restart, the headphones no longer worked when plugged into the unit. I am using a Bluetooth soundbar speaker for main audio, but I can't get the headphones to work at the same time, I've had a fiddle with the sound settings but I can only get the headphones working if I use the speaker on the laptop, which is no good. Is there any advice you can give me. Ps I love the new kit with Rekordbox!

Hi,
Can someone please tell me how to solve this problem on windows?
The above comment is also left unanswered. Is it because of the partiality b/w mac and windows? Lol.
But on a serious note, please help me if anyone can !!!

@Abhishek > This only works with rekordbox, not Serato, but it's effectively the same thing in Windows; you need to enable the PC Master Output, then instead of your main PC's output, you select the bluetooth audio output device.
