As I wrote in the support ticket, we found that the version 5.2.0 cannot open a device that has many tracks.
We fixed this issue in the latest version (5.2.2).
Please use it.
We are sorry to trouble you.
I have been using Rekordbox 5.1.1 with no isues. After upgrading to 5.2 the software and now it displays "Device collection is corrupted do you want to delete" whenI insert my device. I have two of same 256GB Patriot drives. They work fine in CDJ-2000s, 900s, XDJ-1000s. I noticed this problem after 3.4.2018 as I wanted to access my history and save some playlists.
To address the issue I installed 5.1.1 and the problem is gone. I would like to stay current with the releases and avoid reformatting the sticks (which are nearly full).

What's the hesitation in re-exporting everything to the device?
I would prefer to have the history load back into my main Rekorbox collection properly, I have sets in history that have not been synced from the sticks. In addition, loading 240+ gigs x 2 of music takes a huge amount of time. Are other users experiencing issues like this?
Just one or two reported.
Have you considered using 5.1.1 to "update collection" and bring that data over, then wipe the drive and export again from 5.2.0?
