Rekordbox lyrics acquisition failed

He contratado la subscripción "Premium Plan" para utilizar Lyric.
Pero desde que contrate el plan he intentado descargar lyrics, al analizar las pistas y tratar de descargar lyrics, me marca el error "lyrics acquisition failed 0/3 000.

Lo intente con mas de 5000 canciones de diferentes generos, con toda la información necesaria y siempre el mismo error.

Por que ocurre esto?

Dear Sir,

First of all, please visit to the below Lyric Service to see if your tracks has already registered on lyric service.

https://petitlyrics.com/en/

If you find the lyric has registered on Lyric service, please select one track on rekordbox, and right click -> Acquire Lyrics.

When you find the lyric popup window, please make sure of fill-in both "Artist" and "Title" correctly. And, delete "Album" and "Duration" ,then click "Acquire" button.

Probe con diez canciones que están en https://petitlyrics.com/en/ , el titulo, artista todo coinciden, todo exactamente igual, pero el error sigue siendo el mismo.

No he podido descargar ninguna.
